Mark Tulay has been involved in the sustainability movement advising financial institutions, NGOs, and Fortune 500 companies for more than 25 years. As the first employee of Ceres, he helped launch the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and was the Head of ESG Research and Ratings for RiskMetrics (now MSCI). He is currently chief executive and founder of SPARC, which equips financial institutions with the data, analysis, and tools needed to invest with a purpose for maximum impact. He has written extensively on sustainable investing and finance.
